SHAMANIC CIRCLE WITH MARISCELA & THEODORE!

Tuesday, July 14th – 6:30 to 8:30 pm

In the quest to deepen the levels of self-discovery and to understand our relationship with creation, we travel to non-ordinary reality through the ancestral practice of Shamanic journeying and drumming! A Shamanic Journey leads us to access the self at the soul level by going inwards through the sound of the drum, and the rattle. In this inner plane we can receive spiritual guidance and healing.

A Drumming Circle connects us with our community of like-spirited people to honor, support and celebrate in each other the knowing that "we are the ones we have been waiting for."

A New Moon offers us the energy of new beginnings, the moment of intention-setting. A New Moon in Cancer - the sign the Moon rules – is perhaps the most instinctual, most emotionally honest lunation of the entire year.

Join Mariscela and Theodore in ceremony to create a loving and strong container during the auspicious time of the Cancer New Moon. Together we will create:

• The sacredness of ritual as we gather in circle representing creation, unity, and equality with the freedom to be our authentic Self.

• A better understanding of the energy of this Cancer New Moon and how to integrate it.

• An inner journey to the heart where you can discover what you really want to nurture, what emotional reality you are ready to begin building.

• A celebration of our time together during drumming, chanting, and dancing at the beat of the Mother Drum.

The forth in the series,The Book of Mastery provides a deeply practical prescription for heightening your abilities, aptitudes, and sense of personal excellence. The Guides’ teachings go much further, however, instructing you how to improve life for others and, ultimately, for global humanity.

Don’t hesitate to join if you haven’t read the first three books. Students new to these teachings are always welcome. This format is 12 weeks and designed more like a bookclub--you read at home and then we discuss the designated section each week.

Mondays:  1-2:30  or 6:00-7:30 both classes are Zoom and in person

Tuesdays:  7:00 - 8:10 PM on ZOOM ONLY 

Come join us each Monday as we study the book, "The Way of Mastery.” Learn more about the life we live and how to recognize the Masters we are.   This is an on going study so you may begin attending at any time.  Books are for sale in our bookstore.  Love offering

This group is dedicated to deepening integration, strengthening spiritual practice, and expanding awareness of our innate divinity and spiritual power. All are welcome—come as you are and step into a space of peace, clarity, and connection.

In 2026, we will journey together through The Twelve Powers of Man, devoting each month to one spiritual power and exploring how it lives and moves through our daily lives. Throughout the month, our services and offerings will invite reflection and practice with that power, and on the third Wednesday of each month, we will gather for a deeper dive—creating space for study, discussion, and embodied understanding.

We begin in January by stepping into the power of Faith—not as blind belief, but as a living, active trust in the Presence and possibility of God within us. Faith opens the door to vision, courage, and forward movement, setting the tone for the year ahead. 3rd Wednesday of each month, 1-2:30 pm

Hundreds of Nevada County residents who are not native speakers of English feel lost when asking for directions, reading product labels, filling out job applications, talking to their children’s teachers, or making medical appointments. These hard-working, motivated families represent a growing number of adults living in our community, often invisible, who want to learn to improve or refine their English speaking and reading skills.

Theme: Love Is Alive

"Love leads me. Faith steadies me. Prayer carries me forward."

We are beginning to formulate plans for devotion, reflection, prayer, and meditation as we join with people around the world in this sacred annual event. Our plans include gathering to view the Opening Ceremony broadcast from Unity Village and dedicating a full day to prayer here at Unity in the Gold Country Spiritual Center.

There will be many opportunities to deepen your spiritual practice, connect in prayer, and experience the living presence of divine love in community.
