Embodying Wisdom Deep Dive Workshop
Join us for a 90-minute experiential workshop exploring what it means to move from insight into embodied wisdom. Through guided reflection, movement, and somatic play, we’ll explore how wisdom lives not just in the mind, but in the body and in our way of being. Together we’ll practice shifting from reactivity into presence, and from knowing about truth to living it. Come ready to move, reflect, and discover new ways of aligning what you see, know, and live.
